RumbleRoller Original bumps work like the thumbs of a massage therapist to knead and stretch your muscles. This action erodes trigger points, helps restore flexibility, and brings quick relief to common types of muscular pain.
They are constructed using the same patented series of bumps continuously knead the contours of your body, gently stretching soft tissue in multiple directions and effectively hitting trigger points but on a firmer roller.
The Beastie Bar contains two Beasties permanently mounted, but free to rotate, on a rigid fiberglass shaft. Both the Beastie and Beastie Bar have the same effect on muscle. Choose the Beastie for ultimate portability and to work into the smallest areas of your body. Choose the Beastie Bar if you prefer its 2-hand control.
"The “peanut” design combines the benefits of foam rolling with the benefit of targeted pressure. Being able to secure the tool and keep centered along your spine helps target problem areas long the neck, upper, and lower back while not causing discomfort along the spine. Adjustable spacing allows for more comfortable placement when treating areas around the spine and sensative ligaments.
