Crusader Kings of Antioch. Bohémond IV, 1202-1232 AD. A billon denier. Class O. Antioch mint. The front depicts his helmeted head facing left, with a crescent to the left and a star to the right, inscription + BOAMVNDVS. The back shows a Crusader cross pattée, with a crescent facing downward in the second angle, and the inscription + ANTIOCHIA. Ref: Metcalf, Crusades 457-61; CCS 126 for type. 17 mm, 0.84 g. Good VF, lightly toned.
